Food and service were good but the order didn't come as ordered with the right sauce for the pizza. No accommodations offered other than an apology which was a little disappointing.

This CU Auntie brought the kids here for afternoon pizza. Fun atmosphere with all sorts of art on the walls. The kids loved trying the pizza crust with honey Yum!!! And of course the #WeWantJuJu burger was HUGE!! Will be back for sure! Fun daytime Friday atmosphere.

Visiting CO and my husband found this gem and I couldn't have been happier. We arrived on Friday 8/30/24 and as a college town I was certain we would be waiting however, we added our name to this list and were seated in about 15 mins. Service was great here. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I will say, ceiling is low and the sound can be a bit overwhelming especially if it is peak time. I loved all the art and writing on the walls and some were freakin hilarious! Husband ordered BBQ Bacon burger and I had the famous Buff Mac. We did order a michelada as well. Burger was cooked to perfection and the sweet potatoe fries were his favorite! I had to snag a few and they were the perfect amount of sweet and so crispy! Guy Fieri's pic and review - I knew I had to get the buff Mac and man oh man, this was amazing! Cheesy, full of flavor, plenty of buffalo sauce and blue cheese with every bite! Michelada was okay, nothing to rave about but that's okay. The food def made up for it. A wonderful place and a place we will def return to in the area....in the mean time I will try and make my own buff mac haha!

A very tasty restaurant in Boulder! I loved the extremely cool artwork, including the pictures of famous visitors, and the service was absolutely great. I liked the food too! The Buffalo cauliflower bites were baked perfectly without too much breading and a delicious sauce. The Mac n cheese side was also wonderful; I loved the crisp broiled top. The burger was a bit of a miss for me--i thought it was under seasoned and could have really benefited from more acidity and salt. The fries were also served pretty cold. This place seems to be a boulder institution, and I would definitely come back again!

Last year, the venerable Sink on the Hill had their 100th Anniversary. My husband and I stopped in with some neighbors and sampled the eats at the block party celebration. A lot of fun was had by all. We have eaten there in the past going back to 1974 when we first moved to Boulder, during the decade they changed their name temporarily to Herbie's Deli and modernized the menu with deli sandwich additions. After a few years they went back to their heritage as The Sink. We still went, but in the years that we had small kids, our visits were rare. The best time for neighbors, families and those with a low noise tolerance to go, is in early summer, when CU is not in session and it is not peak visitor season. The place is quite famous, from Robert Redford having worked there when he had dropped out of CU in 1957 as well as Barack Obama's visit and some Guy Fieri shows, as well as visits from celebrity athletes. Tonight was a chance to go and as a storm was moving in and most outdoor seating was full, we ate inside. For those who have never been there, you do need to see the inside. But it is very loud and we noticed families with small children were all outside. There is an extensive menu, for food and for drink. My husband had a favorite beer on tap and I had a simple iced tea. We started with nachos, but so a large serving for just two, we brought half of it home. We also split the Cowboy Reuben as it too is sized for large student appetites. We had not tried this sandwich before and we really like their take on a classic. The traditional marble rye of a Reuben, with thinly sliced brisket and Texas BBQ sauce, cheese and slaw. It is huge as well as tasty. And the house made pickles perfect. We upgraded the fries to the sweet potato fries which are normally my fave. The only flaw in the meal is that the style of sweet potato fry here (ridge cut or extruded and deeply fried) is not the type I prefer, natural skin on wedges, more roasted than deep fried, which are available elsewhere. But you may prefer these, as I know some do. The server was friendly and helpful. Notice though that there are no paper napkin supplies at the table so if you order something like one of the saucy sandwiches, ask for extra napkins in the beginning. With a full house, the staff is running all over, since there are often very large parties of customers. Its an experience and food not to be missed on the Hill when you visit. College kids need no convincing, it is so incredibly popular. And visiting alums stop here every time they are in town. And they also bring their kids, spurring on future generations of CU Students.

I love this place. Yes, its a staple of boulder and if you are visiting or taking your kids for a meal, this is a MUST! They are known for their amazing pizzas but we tried some of their new items on their menu. The Prime Time burger was bread free burger over a salad. The burger was perfectly cooked to my liking and had enough vegetable to be considered healthy burger. Cocktails were very creative and equally good. We had the Lucky Charm martini was tasted like was drinking cereal milk. Very creative made with marshmallow vodka, Rumchata, cream and topped with little lucky charms. If you don't do a desert, this is a good substitute. Wait staff is always super friendly and the place always has great vibe no matter what time of day. Would love to get some merch but way out of my budget (~$45-50 for tshirt) but if market demands the price...good for them.
